Hilary Duff, stepping out with friends for a sushi dinner at Katsu-Ya in Studio City, Calif. After her meal, the singer hit up West Hollywood hotspot Hyde with a group of friends. Duff sat and chatted with her girlfriends at their booth – which the VIP host cleared off especially for them – and stayed put until her beau Mike Comrie’s pal came over to chat, then escorted the singer out of the club.

The actress and singer Hilary Duff is sure that she will never be involved in any scandal that would hurt her family, but she also wouldn’t make fun of her professional colleagues like Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears.
“It saddens me to know when one does not look for help, not looking for the support of family or friends. I think that the first thing that someone must do: family, help me to improve, help me to leave this behind. Thats what they should have to do “, said the young actress.
Duff hopes Britney and Lindsay recover soon.

Hollywood Records, a part of the Walt Disney Entertainment Company / Beuna Vista, is planning to release several discs in an alternative CDVU+ format. Artists signed on Hollywood – The Jonas Brothers, Hannah Montana, Hilary Duff, Raven Symone and many more are set to come out with respective records in a new musical encoding (CDVU). A number of artists are set to re-release their records, adding Hilary Duff to the list.
Duff, who recently released “Dignity” (Pop Album, 2007) in April 2007 is also going to come out with a re-release sequel entitled “Dignity 2″ in March 2008. “Dignity 2″ is still in the planning stages of its production, and the target being set by Hollywood for the record is a 2-disc edition. Duff will not only release “Dignity” again, but will also record new tracks for it. “Reach Out” [Sampling "Personal Jesus" by Depeche Mode] is the only track confirmed so far, but Duff is definitely set to record more.
Hilary Duff is also shooting a film titled “Greta” in Ocean Grove, New Jersey alongside Ellen Burstyn and Evan Ross [Son, Diana Ross]. Duff’s upcoming film, “War Inc” will also star John Cusack, Marisa Tomei and Sir Ben Kingsley.

Former teen star Hilary Duff doesn’t regret missing out on her childhood, because she has gained the career that she has always wanted.
The teenager has been working non-stop since she shot to fame at 13. Duff’s big break came when she was offered the lead role in hit Disney kids show Lizzie Maguire and she went on to star in a string of successful movies and sold over 13 million records worldwide when she turned her hand to singing.
The 19-year-old told British Cosmopolitan, “I do feel like I’ve missed out on some of that typical growing-up stuff, but then I can do a lot of things that most people my age never could.
“And right now my friends are worrying about what to do in the future, while I’ve already got the career of my dreams.”

Pop star Hilary Duff recently announced her tour of Mexico City. With a tour around 4 cities in Mexico Hilary will start 2008, as a part of the promotion ofher most recent record Dignity. The Arena Monterrey (Monterrey), Siglo XXI Complex (Puebla), Metropolitan Auditorium (Guadalajara), and Palacio de los Deportes (Mexico City), are the mexican places in which the US native has choose as part of her Latinamerican Tour.
“Until now there are only those dates scheduled and they are scheduled 3 more dates in Argentina, Chile and Brazil, which could help that in Mexico the dates could expand to other cities” said the young singer in a press conference.
It’s expected that the singer attend and perform today at Los Premios MTV at Mexico City.

Musical stars from all over the Spanish-speaking world turned up the heat in Mexico City when the MTV Latin America Music Awards were staged there on Thursday night. The night arguably belonged to Canada’s favourite pop sensation, however, after Avril Lavigne was presented with two trophies for The Song of the Year (‘Girlfriend’) and Best International Pop Star categories.
However, Avril wasn’t the only one making an impression on the night. American chanteuse Hilary Duff caused a stir when she stepped into the spotlight in a short, figure-hugging gown and sky high stilettos to deliver a raunchy rendition of her hit single With Love.
Other winners at the musical bonanza, which was opened by British rock veterans The Cure, included rising teenage pop star Belinda – the Spanish star of Disney film The Cheetah Girls 2 – and Mexican rock band Mana.
