Last Saturday (December 16), Hilary Duff arrives in Vancouver—carrying her own luggage while sporting skinny jeans and Uggs. After her arrival at Vancouver airport, she headed up to Whistler, a world-renowned ski resort and host of the 2010 Winter Olympic Games, with Haylie. The Duff sisters were spotted having fun in the snow and doing some Christmas shopping.
I’m just glad she doesn’t look all that upset after her break-up with Joel Madden early last month—wherein Madden told clubgoers that Duff broke up with him (and blamed the break-up on their eight year age gap) when he made a guest DJ appearance at Chicago club Enclave.
Us Weekly recently reports seeing Joel Madden and Nicole Richie while dancing just a little too closely at Hollywood nightspot Teddy’s (Roosevelt Hotel) last December 2—which is less than a week after Good Charlotte’s manager Steve Feinberg exclusively confirmed to Star Magazine about the split.
Anyways, don’t we just love the way she carries herself as she goes for the normal-girl-walking-out-of-an-airport look? I think it’s just wonderful how Hilary has kept herself grounded compared to the other stars her age. Keep it up, Hil!
